Private Resolve helps private individuals pursue eligible money owed to them and get support with suitable disagreements. The other party may be another individual, a sole trader or a company. The aim is a practical next step, not pressure or promises.

Our two core services are Consumer Debt Recovery and Consumer Dispute Resolution. We assess each enquiry against its subject, urgency, evidence and the role being requested.
Clarity before contact
Private Resolve supports the individual who makes the enquiry. We explain our role, scope, costs, privacy terms and ground rules before work begins. Any discussion with the other party is voluntary; we do not decide who is right or impose an outcome.
Careful limits
Private Resolve does not provide legal advice, legal representation, court advocacy, enforcement or guaranteed outcomes. Debt-related work is limited to a suitable, pre-legal scope. We do not claim enforcement powers or guarantee recovery. Some matters need a solicitor, an accredited mediator or another specialist.
Southampton base, Hampshire coverage
The service is based in Southampton and considers suitable matters across Hampshire and Southern England. Remote discussions are the starting point. Neutral hired premises may be arranged for a specific matter; no permanent office is claimed in each town.
Shared costs and formalising agreement
Any proposed fee and terms are explained in writing before an engagement begins. Where the parties reach an agreement in principle, they may seek independent legal advice about recording it. Private Resolve does not give legal advice, decide disputes or guarantee outcomes.
